Clyde Companies, Inc., is Title Sponsor for Reclaim Hope Gala

The Younique Foundation is honored to announce that Clyde Companies, Inc., a Utah-based construction organization, is the title sponsor of the Foundation’s annual Reclaim Hope Gala set for Sept. 10.

“The Younique Foundation is appreciative of the generous support of Clyde Companies,” said President Shelaine Maxfield. “Partners like Clyde Companies help us bring awareness to the services we offer adult female survivors of child sexual abuse. Our annual gala will share the stories of survivors whose lives have been changed because of the help they received from The Younique Foundation.”

For nearly 100 years, Clyde Companies has been a leader in the construction industry throughout the Intermountain West and the Great Plains. WW Clyde first opened its doors in Springville, Utah, in 1926 as the original company in an organization that has now grown to eight subsidiary organizations under the Clyde Companies umbrella that span the construction, building materials, and insurance industries.

Clyde Companies, Inc., was formed in 1997 to consolidate the businesses owned by the Clyde family which include: WW Clyde, Geneva Rock, Sunroc, Sunpro, IHC Scott, Bridgesource, Beehive Insurance Agency, and GWC Capital. The companies have been involved in almost every aspect of building and construction. Clyde Companies is one of the largest and most influential construction businesses in the state of Utah and neighboring regions.

Clyde Companies President Jeremy Hafen said he learned about the Foundation from Executive Director Chris Yadon while serving with the Utah Valley Chamber. “It was through that relationship that I subsequently learned about the Foundation’s purpose to positively impact members of our society, especially women, to help them build better lives — and that fits with our mission of, Building a Better Community,” he said.

That mission is expressed not only by the work they do and their philanthropy in the communities they operate, but also by the workforce they employ of more than 4,500 individuals across more than 70 locations in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, and Arizona. These dedicated employees have contributed nearly 1 million hours of volunteer service in the communities where they live.

Clyde Companies collaborates on thousands of projects each year with its core values at the center of all its does: integrity, quality, and valuing the individual.
