April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, which makes it an essential time to start a conversation on social media about the impacts of child sexual abuse. When you share with your friends and followers, you’re showing support for survivors and increasing visibility for the healing services and resources that survivors need and deserve.

Two years ago, the #MeToo movement empowered thousands of survivors of sexual abuse to share their stories. Although the movement shined a light on the pervasive issue of sexual violence in our society, it didn’t provide those survivors with a clear path to move forward on their healing journeys.

Here at The Younique Foundation, we believe it’s time to take the conversation surrounding the #MeToo movement one step further. It’s time to help survivors heal.
