Giving Tuesday Campaign Featured at National Marketing Summit

This week’s national Nonprofit Marketing Summit 2021 will feature some of the most successful year-end campaigns in 2020, and The Younique Foundation’s Giving Tuesday campaign is one that will be featured.

Classy, an online fundraising and donation platform used by more than 6,000 nonprofit partners to connect with supporters, will use the Foundation’s Giving Tuesday marketing campaign during its session at the summit. More than 15,000 nonprofit marketing professionals are expected to participate in the conference from Aug. 4-6.

"We are thrilled that Classy selected our campaign to feature in their presentation,” said Jen Price, marketing manager for the Foundation. “Classy’s platform has allowed us to bring the stories of the women we serve to the forefront of our marketing campaigns so that we can reach even more people who need our services."

As with all nonprofit organizations, year-end giving is crucial to The Younique Foundation’s fundraising efforts. Last November’s Giving Tuesday campaign included 16 megaphone partners who helped raise awareness of child sexual abuse and generated immense support for the Foundation’s mission. A highlight of the campaign was a worldwide virtual concert with guest artists Alex Boye, Lindsay Ell, Meg Myers, The National Parks, and Mat & Savanna Shaw. The concert program also included the story of one survivor, Martha, whose life was literally saved because of her participation at The Haven Retreat. This retreat is a free four-day service offered by The Younique Foundation for adult female survivors of child sexual abuse in search of support on their healing journey.

The Younique Foundation will celebrate Giving Tuesday this year on Nov. 30. Price said to expect another innovative campaign.
